Ibero–American and Caribbean Forum on Best Practices sub regional axis will give Technical Assistance to competitors, to guarantee postulations appropriateness in relation with categories, subcategories, programmes and projects defined by the announcement, and the fulfillment of Organization requirements and conditions.

All queries will be addressed by the Nodes of the Ibero-American and Caribbean Forum on Best Practices in the period lasting from April 20 to August 15, 2005 . August 15, 2005 is the deadline for receipt of submission to the Competition.
